Holiday Lighting Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: September 30, 2026

1. Seasonal Lighting Rental
Harvest & Holly provides holiday lighting as a seasonal rental and installation service. The price quoted covers the seasonal rental of lighting and materials, installation, seasonal maintenance, removal, and storage. All lights, clips, cords, décor, materials, and installation equipment provided by Harvest & Holly remain the exclusive property of Harvest & Holly. Payment for a seasonal installation does not constitute the purchase of or transfer ownership of any lighting or materials to the customer. Lights and materials may not be retained, removed, sold, transferred, modified, or used by the customer after the applicable service period.

2. Annual Service
Holiday lighting services are provided on a season-by-season basis. A customer's installation during one holiday season does not include installation during any future season. Customers who wish to continue their holiday lighting must book a new service for each season. Future pricing, availability, designs, and installation dates are not guaranteed and may change from year to year.

3. Installation, Maintenance & Removal
Harvest & Holly will install and remove the lighting according to the agreed-upon design and service period. Installation and removal dates may be adjusted due to weather, scheduling, property access, unsafe conditions, or circumstances outside of Harvest & Holly's reasonable control. Customers may not remove, relocate, disconnect, modify, repair, or otherwise tamper with Harvest & Holly's lighting or equipment without prior authorization.

4. Installation-Related Property Damage
Customers understand that holiday lighting installation and removal requires the use of clips, fasteners, ladders, cords, and other equipment and may require contact with roofing, gutters, siding, trim, paint, and other exterior surfaces. Harvest & Holly will use reasonable care during installation, maintenance, and removal. However, customers acknowledge and accept that minor, incidental cosmetic damage or surface wear may occur as a normal and foreseeable consequence of the installation or removal process, including minor paint chipping, scuffing, marks, or similar wear caused by clips, fasteners, ladders, or other installation equipment. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the customer agrees that Harvest & Holly shall not be liable for such minor, incidental, or cosmetic damage that results from the ordinary and reasonably anticipated installation or removal process. This provision does not apply to intentional misconduct or conduct for which liability cannot lawfully be waived.

5. Existing Property Conditions
Harvest & Holly is not responsible for pre-existing damage, deterioration, defects, loose materials, weak or deteriorated surfaces, or other existing property conditions that are not caused by Harvest & Holly. Customers are responsible for notifying Harvest & Holly of known property conditions, fragile surfaces, existing damage, or other circumstances that could affect the installation.

6. Customer Care of Equipment
All lighting and equipment remain the property of Harvest & Holly while installed at the customer's property. Customers agree to take reasonable care of Harvest & Holly's equipment and may be responsible for damage to or loss of equipment resulting from misuse, unauthorized alterations, vandalism, animals, landscaping, contractors, or other circumstances outside of normal use.

7. Property Access
Customers agree to provide Harvest & Holly with reasonable access to the property when needed for installation, maintenance, removal, or other necessary service. Harvest & Holly may postpone or modify service if the property cannot be safely accessed or serviced.

8. Payment
Payment terms and the services included will be stated on the customer's quote and invoice. Unless otherwise stated, payment is due within 21 days of the invoice date.

9. No Ownership or Future-Service Rights
Payment for a holiday lighting installation does not give the customer ownership of the lights or materials and does not create a right to retain, purchase, or use the lighting in future seasons. All lighting and materials remain the property of Harvest & Holly and will be removed following the applicable service period.

10. Agreement
By checking the agreement box on the Harvest & Holly website or otherwise accepting a quote or invoice that incorporates these Terms & Conditions, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. A quote request does not guarantee availability or constitute a confirmed installation appointment. Services are confirmed only after the customer accepts the applicable quote and completes any required booking or payment requirements.
